Kyle Cupolo (‘03/Waterloo, Ont.) enjoyed a massive weekend on the blue line for the Riverkings in a weekend series that featured heroes that didn’t show up on the scoresheet. The Riverkings stayed perfect in league play so far with a pair of hard fought 2-1 battles. Cupolo had his shoulder tapped frequently, hopping the boards for a combined total of over 71 minutes of game action. While on the ice, he contributed eight shots and five blocked shots and he did his share of celebrating, finishing the weekend at +2.
